By inviting and using Salty Server Maker (the "Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
The Bot provides AI-generated server templates and live server management tools. You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose of organizing and managing Discord communities. You may not use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
When you invite the Bot, it requires specific permissions (such as Manage Roles, Manage Channels, and Administrator) to function. The Bot will only make changes to your server when explicitly commanded by a user with the appropriate Discord permissions (e.g., Manage Server).
The Bot uses Google's Gemini API to generate server layouts and perform actions based on natural language requests. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You are ultimately responsible for reviewing the proposed changes and the final state of your Discord server.
To prevent abuse and manage API costs, the Bot implements rate limits on server generation and refinements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or disruption to your Discord server resulting from the use of the Bot. You use the Bot at your own risk.
